Trader – a trading firm specializing in construction chemicals – she has been engaged with retail counters and contractors for a decade. Her primary interests lie in the realms of finance, accounting, and taxation. With exceptional efficiency, she has managed the business of R.K. Trader, ensuring its profitability. Balancing the roles of a homemaker and a businesswoman, Puja has stood as the strong support for our Managing Director, Mr. Mahesh Bhanushali.
Dilip brings three decades of experience in operations, training, and management consulting across various industries. His versatile roles have included leading pivotal projects and teams from their inception. He boasts extensive expertise in driving strategy, people management, and overall business administration. Dilip’s career encompasses pioneering roles at HDFC Bank, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan. His journey has entailed financial operations leadership and transformative projects in Cash and Securities for both Indian and international markets. Notably, Dilip established and headed the training and development team for JP Morgan’s Corporate Investment Banking segment in India. This role encompassed driving all training and performance improvement initiatives, spanning Leadership Development, Product Training, and New Hire Induction. Dilip embodies a blend of business operations and organizational development experience, a combination that yields keen people insights and effective execution governance. He currently serves as the Founder Director of Hyphen Training & Consulting Private Limited. Dhara Haresh Thakkar is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience. She became qualified in 2011 and has worked extensively in the fields of auditing, accounting, and taxation. Presently, she is associated as a Senior Manager in the Indian arm of a US-based fintech startup named Drip Capital Inc. Prior to that, she spent more than 5 years at EY, where she was engaged in Ind AS conversion projects for large banks and NBFCs, client training, system implementations, and more. In the past, she practiced under the name of D H Thakkar & Associates, auditing entities across various industries from manufacturing to services. Dhara’s professional background also encompasses working on income tax compliances and litigations, as well as involvement in GST compliances. In her current role, she is responsible for investor reporting, preparation and review of budgets & forecasts, management information systems (MIS), statutory reporting, and tax compliance, among other responsibilities.”
