MCON Release SPL

MCON RELEASE SPL is an emulsified blend of mineral oils and non-hazardous chemicals, specially formulated to produce release properties which are superior to those of conventional mould oil.

Typical Properties

Colour : White when mixed with water
Form : Liquid emulsion
Mixing Ratio: 1:4 or 1:5 with clean potable water
Formwork Surfaces : Equally effective on wood or metal moulds and shutters.
Sp. Gravity : 0.990 ± 0.005 at 30 ºC

Description

MCON RELEASE SPL is an emulsified blend of mineral oils and non-hazardous chemicals, specially formulated to produce release properties which are superior to those of conventional mould oil. MCON RELEASE SPL is supplied as a concentrated form of water based Mould release agent which can be diluted at site. The chemically reactive components in MCON RELEASE SPL provide a water repellent interface which protects formwork and ensures an even colour and texture of the cast concrete.
