• For Bond Coat

1. Surface preparation is vital for effective adhesion and bonding of MCON BOND URP.

2. To start with, free the surface from laitance, loose dust particles, oil, grease and other dirt.

3. Then : Weight out 1 kg of MCON BOND URP in a plastic container of 2 litre capacity.

4. Weigh out 1 kg of ordinary Portland cement from a bag of fresh cement

5. Add the cement gradually to MCON BOND URP with constant stirring. Ensure there is no formation of lumps.

6. Stir constantly until all the cement has been added to MCON BOND URP and slurry of uniform consistency is achieved.

7. Apply this slurry on the substrate using a soft 4-inchwide paint brush. Apply the slurry in one direction only.

• For Polymer Modified Mortar

Mix MCON BOND URP in the ratio of 1:5:15 with Cement and Quartz Sand to ensure a high strength repair mortar for Structural repairs.

• As Waterproofing

Waterproofing of small roof terraces, sunken portions of toilet & bathrooms, chajjas & lift pits, balconies & staircase.

• As Crack repair

Repairs of plaster cracks more than 5 mm & in gaps developed between masonry and RCC members.

• As Rebar coating

Coating for prevention of corrosion over rebars

• For Cladding

Fixing or refixing of slip bricks, tiles, stones & marble bedding.

• Concrete repair mortars

Improves the durability of the mortars and it can be used for making polymer modified mortars for patching and concrete repair.

• Cement mortars

For filling holes, reconstructing damaged areas and finishing surfaces on buildings and precast elements in concrete.
