MCON LWP is a fine cementitious powder to be mixed with concrete and cement mortar mixes to improve their workability, increase the yield and also make them waterproof. MCON LWP is a traditional admixture to fill natural pores within the concrete or mortar matrix to reduce porosity and improve water tightness.

Hand mixing
1. Add MCON LWP to the dry mix of cement and sand and mix evenly with a spade until an even mix is obtained.
2. Add the measured quantity of potable water as per the decided W/C ratio and mix to a homogeneous & uniform consistency of concrete/mortar.
3. Place the mixed concrete/mortar into the shuttering provided.
4. Cure the concrete/mortar surface as per regular practices of water curing.
Machine mixing
1. Charge the cement & sand as per the mix design into the concrete mixer & mix for one minute. Add 500 g of MCON LWP for every 50 kg bag of cement. And mix for one minute.
2. Add the measured quantity of potable water as per the W/C ratio and mix for 2-3 minutes to a lump-free homogeneous concrete.
3. Place the mixed concrete mortar into the shuttering provided.
4. Cure the concrete/mortar surface as per regular practices of water curing.
12 months in original packing if stored at room temperature i.e.25°C
1. MCON LWP is nontoxic and inflammable. However, it should not be swallowed or allowed to come in to contact with the skin and eyes.
2. Suitable protective gloves and goggles should be worn. Splashes on the skin should be removed with water.
3. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
4. If swallowed seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
