MCON STEEL RC is a rust treatment which stabilises and converts adamantly adhering rust in to a organo – complex compound, resulting in the formation of a nonporous and moisture – repelling coating of good mechanical stability, abrasion resistance, bond strength and excellent anti-corrosive properties. MCON STEEL RC converts adherent rust into a hard complex that attains a passive state without losing the strength of metal.
