MCON Cure CC

MCON CURE CC is supplied as a ready to use acrylic polymer based, clear, non-staining, non-toxic, aqueous solution which when applied to a fresh concrete surface, reacts with free lime and seals the pores, thus reducing the evaporation of water from the mix which assists the curing process.

Description

MCON CURE CC is supplied as a ready to use acrylic polymer based, clear, non-staining, non-toxic, aqueous solution which when applied to fresh concrete surfaces, reacts with free lime and seals the pores, thus reducing the evaporation of water from the mix which assist curing process. It is used as a curing aid for fresh concrete floors, screeds, granolithic toppings and vertical surfaces.

Areas of Application
MCON CURE CC can be used in areas of poor ventilation and further treatment can be done on MCON CURE CC coated surface. It is used as a curing aid for fresh concrete floors, screeds, granolithic toppings and vertical surfaces.

Curing is essential for the hydration of cement in concrete making. So, to maintain required moisture content, some precautions are applied. Concrete curing compound is a compound which helps to prevent the loss of moisture content from the concrete. So, concrete is properly cured which results the full development of strength of concrete.

Can be used as a curing aid If wet curing is not possible
For larger areas of concrete surfaces which are opened to sunlight, wind etc. curing is big task. But with the presence of curing compound it is easier.
Chloride free
Eliminates water curing. Columns, beams, slabs can also be cured with curing compound
Replacement to irregular, insufficient and delayed curing.
Non toxic and inflammable.
Curing compound is applied when the finishing is completed and free water present on the surface gets disappeared.
The curing compound is applied through spraying pipe as shown in above figure with constant rate of pressure.
In small areas, we can also use brushes or paint rollers to apply curing compounds.
