MCON CRACK FILLER (GREY/WHITE) is an easy-to-use, high-strength, Crack Filler repair mortar, which ensures perfect filling of cracks and will not allow water penetration. It provides a strong bond with flexibility, which accommodates the cracks in the plaster and provides a water-resistant surface with an aesthetic appearance.
1. Excellent adhesion to most building substrates when primed with MCON BOND APL.
2. It is a dual expanding cementitious crack filling mortar which will ensure the perfect bond on both the sides of the cracks.
3. Application advantage – Can be applied on damp surfaces but not on cracks with running water.
4. Paint ability – Over coat-able by any type of polymerbased paints, after 24 hours.
5. Dense & cohesive mortar will not allow water penetration.

1. Press prepared paste of MCON CRACK FILLER (GREY/WHITE) firmly into the crack with a spatula or putty knifes and level with the surface.
2. Care must be taken to avoid formation of cavities or bubbles during application
3. Allow it set for 24 hours and then apply another coat of MCON CRACK FILLER (GREY/WHITE). For best results start curing MCON CRACK FILLER (GREY/ WHITE) in 3 hours and cure it for 7 days.
Store away from direct sunlight. 12 months from date of manufacture.

2. However, any splashes on any part of the human body must be washed with plenty of water.
1. All surfaces should be sound, clean and free from dust, oil and foreign materials. All cement-based surfaces should be soaked with clean water prior to application and allowed to become damp at the time of application.

3. To start with, free the surface from laitance, loose dust particles, oil, grease and other dirt. Preset the surface with water and prime with MCON BOND APL
