MCON MAGIC COAT S is an all purpose, unique, colourless, water repellent emulsion based on silicone. It offers excellent resistance to positive pressures. It provides 100% water repellency to the external surface keeping the looks of the surface as it is.
AGIC COAT S MAGIC COAT S has excellent breathing properties, water resistance, weathering durability, and excellent resistance to growth of microbial organisms.

Method of Application
Clean the surface with wire brush or scrubber to remove hidden dirt, loose particles, laitance & dust. Degrease the surface by using suitable solvents.
Repair the spalled concrete portion by saw, cutting the extreme edges of the repair location to a depth of at least 10 mm to avoid feather edging & to provide strong bond.
The surface of application must be brought to a touch dry state. Take up the first coat application with a stiff nylon brush. Work well into the substrate, to ensure that all small undulations are completely filled with the coating.
Complete the application and leave to air cure for 2 days.
Curing Treatment: MAGIC COAT PU membrane must be cured for a minimum of 72 hours @ 27º c before placing protection. Where damage to the membrane is possible (by traffic, backfilling, etc) it should be protected by a cementitious screed or protection boards.
As a waterproofing coating: 50 – 60 sq.ft./ liter in single coat
