MCON NSG 60 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low water demands ensures high early strength. The graded fillers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent free flowing grout. The product complies to ASTM C 1107 – Type A.
1. MCON NSG 60 GG requires 21 – 25 potable water by weight of material.
2. Add MCON NSG 60 GG to the measured quantity of water and mix using a mechanical stirrer for 2-3 minutes to ensure a consistency free of lumps.
3. Do not add more water to alter the mix consistency or to extend the pot life. Further water addition will hamper the strength and adhesion properties of MCON NSG 60 GG.

1. Prepare the hole/slit before the application of MCON NSG 60 GG by removing oil, bond inhibiting agents, dirt, dust and laitance.
2. Clean the surface following suitable methods like by using wire brush, water jetting, mopping. etc.
1. MCON NSG 60 GG can be applied inside the tie rod holes by using pumpable gun with 1hour of mixing.
2. Use suitable grout gun to pump the grout into the holes. Use spatula, putty blade or any suitable tool to prepare the final finish. Sponge or wet cloth can be used foe cleaning the surface subsequent to the application of MCON NSG 60 GG.
6 months in original packing if stored at room temperature i.e.25o C.
