MCON SUPER ADD is a polymer modified pre-mixed, easy to apply, high quality adhesive mortar, comprising
of cement, graded sand and special additives. It is convenient, easy to use, Strong and binds better to its
substrate. Specifically designed to provide strength & adhesion to walls constructed by AAC blocks, fly ash
bricks, concrete blocks etc. It replaces conventional jointing mortar of 12-18 mm thickness with highly
versatile 3-6 mm thickness.
Dosage : 200 gms / Bag of Cement
1. Improved fluidity so ideal for injection grouting.
2. Reduced water/cement ratio ensures low permeability and long-term performance in service.
3. High compressive strength in the range of 40N / mm2 after 28 days, when using good OPC.
4. Volume expansion in the wet state to develop non-shrink property.

1. It shall be ensured that areas to be grouted are clean, sound, and then pre-wetted. Application
2. The unrestrained surface area of the grout must be kept to a minimum.
3. The grout shall be placed within 20 minutes ofmixing to gain the full benefit of the expansion process.
12 months in original packing if stored at room temperature i.e.25o C
1. Any splashes son the human body must be washed with plenty of water.
2. Care should be taken to avoid contact with eyes, skin, mouth and food stuff.
