MCON Bond APH

1. Improves flexural, tensile, and thin section fragility of cementitious systems.

2. When absently cured, thin sections dry rapidly and exhibit excellent toughness and good adhesion to old concrete and masonry, brick, wood, metals, and many other surfaces.

3. Allows breathing, thus preventing peeling and scaling.

4. Reduces chloride salt penetration in marine environment.

5. Resists water pressures up to 5 bars.

1. Priming is required and undertaken with MCON BOND APH – an acrylic primer. Apply two coats of primer by roller, brush or spray. Apply the primer to the prepared surface and allow drying. (Normally overnight).

2. Ensure there is no formation of lumps. Stir constantly until all the cement has been added to MCON BOND APH and slurry of uniform consistency is achieved.

3. Apply this slurry on the substrate using a soft 4-inch-wide paint brush. Apply the slurry in one direction only.

Store away from direct sunlight. 12 months from date of manufacture.

1. MCON BOND APH is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-hazardous.

2. However, any splashes on any part of the human body must be washed with plenty of water.

1. The surface should be clean and dried before application.

2. It should be free from dust, unsound material, loose plaster, oil, paint, grease, algae and corrosion deposits.
