MCON DECOR RM PAINT PRIMER is a high-performance epoxy-based, surface-tolerant primer designed to deliver exceptional protection and durability for both steel and concrete surfaces. 1. Wear hand gloves, safety shoes and safety goggles while using and handling the product.
2. In case eyes or mouth are affected wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical PR treatment immediately.
12 months from the date of manufacturing when stored in un- opened, original sealed and dry condition at a temperature range from +5oC to 40oC .
1. Surface preparation is very important in order to achieve maximum adhesion between the coating and substrate.
2. Free the surface from loose material, grease and oil by grit blasting or suitable mechanical methods.
3. Epoxy coating must necessarily be applied on dry substrate.
4. Moisture content of substrate must be less than 4% as checked by a moisture meter.
5. Mix one batch at a time in specified ratio. Mix the materials thoroughly using a slow speed 300-500 rpm) flame proof or air driven drill fitted with a mixing attachment.
6. After stirring, wait for 10 – 15 minutes in order to let entrapped air escape Can be top coated with alkyd, chlorinated rubber, acrylic, epoxy and polyurethane coatings.
7. Apply MCON DECOR RM PAINT PRIMER on prepared surface by brush / spray.
