MCON DECOR RM PAINT is a two-component, low-VOC, high-build epoxy coating infused with anti-carbonation coating. It provides an excellent abrasion-resistant barrier coat with good impermeability to moisture. MCON DECOR RM PAINT can be used as a primer, intermediate coat & top coat over a concrete surface.

1. Wear hand gloves, safety shoes and safety goggles while using and handling the product.
2. In case eyes or mouth are affected wash with plenty of clean water and seek medical PR treatment immediately.
12 months from the date of manufacturing when stored in un- opened, original sealed and dry condition at a temperature range from +5oC to 40oC.
1. Surface preparation is very important in order to achieve maximum adhesion between the coating and substrate.
2. Free the surface from loose material, grease and oil by grit blasting or suitable mechanical methods.
3. Moisture content of substrate must be less than 4% as checked by a moisture meter.
4. MCON DECOR RM PAINT as intermediate coat : Mix one batch at a time in specified ratio.
5. Mix the materials thoroughly using a slow speed (300-500 rpm) flame proof or air driven drill fitted with a mixing attachment.
6. After stirring, wait for 10 – 15 minutes in order to let entrapped air escape MCON DECOR RM PAINT as primer coat: Adjust viscosity, using only our recommended thinners (25%).
7. A thinner excess may cause sagging, so the product should always be above 15ºC (to ensure a correct viscosity).
8. Apply MCON DECOR RM PAINT on prepared surface by brush/spray. MCON DECOR RM PAINT Can be top coated with Epoxy, Polyurethane paint.
